Ok......someone with a little G2 give me some help on this one. If you put up some posts saying that you are using gear can those posts be used against you by law enforcement agencies? Kinda like a confession?

I see that a lot of guys have disclaimers saying that anything posted is fictitious and for entertainment purposes only. Is that adequate safeguarding?

Ok...no personal info....but, isn't there an IP address associated with each post? Every computer has a unique IP address so if you post from your home computer your posts could be singled out.

And.....can the govt subpoena elitefitness for email addresses of its members and track them down that way?

I know this sounds a little far fetched for big brother to come after joe-shit the rag man........but, with all the news about the domestic spying program...who knows????

I would not worry about it - make sure you have computer software that can clean your systme on your end.

I wondered the same about the IP addresses - does the site record them on posts? I hope not.

A way around IP address tracking may or may not be a proxy server. I use one to log into many forums so when they check my IP address it comes back to a different state and location.

Honestly if Law enforcement cocksuckers want to waste time busting some productive person who like to be muscular and healthy, then I am sure they can.
