Formastanzol and Showers

Ok, I'm sure this has been asked. I've searched over the last week on and off. I found one thread where this was asked, it wasn't answered within the thread, but a link was given and that link is dead now. This seems like such an obvious question, and I really can't find the answer searching. So, I'm putting my flame suit on and asking:

How long after applying Formastanzol should one wait before taking a shower? How long does it take for it to make no difference if you shower or not? I ask because I work out in the mornings. A shower before my workout seems a little pointless, but I put Formastanzol on when I wake up and work out 1.5 - 2 hours later. Am I safe showering 3-4 hours later after applying Formastanzol? Are there any hardcore facts supporting any time limits?

Take it with you and apply after gym shower, and apply a littlebit before bed.
Its fine to shower a couple hours later.

x2, using it post w/o will also help keep the spike in testosterone you get post w/o from aromatizing into estrogen.

if you want a little pre w/o boost, i like to rub about 3-5 pumps on my forearms, rubbing them together (so it all goes into my forarm, not on my hands)

Yea just take it after you lift and shower.. I usually don't like showering for about 6 hrs after I have applied it

once it dries you are g2g. make sure you rub it in, not just squirt
