Forma stanzol or rs transderm only cycle.

Would either of these be worth taking as a stand alone cycle? What results could I expect if any. How would u recommend doing that. 21 8% bf 135 5'2"
 
For someone that has only had protein Creatine vitamins and amino acids it's a huge jump. It would remove bragging rights of being natural which I have always been proud of but I think it's time to give myself a boost.
 
at 21 years old there's no reason to do anything else than what you are doing already in terms of supplement use... you have many good years ahead for natural gains that you need to take advantage of...
 
Stats above. I have lifted for about 6 years. I just want to get past sticking points in my lifts. Maxed 365 on bench. Can't ever get past it. I made it twice but never past It. Also I feel my legs r lacking and so I'm looking mainly to gain some size in my legs.
 
Food is the answer. Its the most anabolic substance on the planet and if you cant gain from it then nothing else will matter. Plus forma is an ai, Its in no way a muscle building aas. Read up on juice for the next couple years and eat like a man. Post diet so we can critque it. I bet its lacking.

Been over diet a million time. I eat like a freak. No not thyroid level. Had all blood work checked. Only way I gain is muscle. Diet is 7000 calories at lowest. The nutrition is there. I'm cut strong just looking to give myself a little edge. I know it's an ai. But that should still help slightly as a standalone. At least for someone who has not messed with anything else before
 
Ais dont build muscle they reduce high estrogen levels caused by steroids. The only thing I would even suggest is a natty test booster like unleashed or bridge. I just dont buy that your eating 7k cals a day. I weigh 240 and I eat no where near 7k a day. You would be pushing 275+. I would physically take a calculator and add up every single thing and check. If your using those shakes to get in cals they are a poor choice. Your body will waste most of it.

Look buy it or not I do. And I have calculated it. I'm 5"2 I would never weight that much.... My metabolism is high. When I eat I feel my body temperature increase and start burning. My diet is fine. I have discussed it many times on this forum and I'm sick of hearing people try to argue with me.
 
Post a pic with something to prove what ya look like. Show us you are a freak if you are a freak. 5'2", 135lbs, maxing 365lbs bench press. Just show a pic. I can't find pics of what a 5'2" 135 lbs male looks like. They've told ya enough info about Forma not really being used for a stand alone cycle. You may have major absorption problems if 7000 calories a day isn't putting weight on you.

Yes I would also love to see this pic as well. And the 365 bench video. Do you have a youtube page? Hell even if your not at your best just put a vid of you repping 315. That would be impressive at 135lbs. If you are eating 7k cals a day and not gaining you sir have a serious issue that probably needs medical attention. You might have a fast metabolism, but not that fast. Seek a doctors guidance immediately. That is not normal and it doesnt make you special, it means something is wrong. Your eating 2-3000 cals more than me and I outweigh you by a 100+ lbs.

No shit. If I was a doctor I could give you a medical reason. All I have to go on is years of experience in the gym. And in that time I have seen tons of lifters that say they cant gain weight. The reason is always insufficient food intake. Your the only one I have ever heard of that eats like a 300lb+ man and weighs as much as a women. So there has to be something going on.

Your upperbody is fairly muscular. How about the legs? If your legs are underdeveloped they could be holding back your overall growth. Squats, dl, leg presses, and gm do wonders for mass.

Legs r what i mentioned in a earlier post that i wanted to work on. They r cut and strong but bulk is nothing like i had about 2 years ago. i had to stop legs for a while.. ankel injury, knee injury and then messed up my lower back and got a compression fracture from squats. so finally i have been able to work myself back up on my legs but am looking to build them more. I work mainly on a smith machine for squats bc of my back. helps reduce any pain and i go as heavy as 455. scared to do any more. my workouts r strict. recently tried the iron man size surge program and managed to see some improvements but have moved on to a 4x program that seems to work a little better. For years i worked for strength, mainly bench untill i had a peck injury that took bench away for about 10 months. Now ive become addicted to size but i have a goal of 400 bench one day has been my goal since high school.
 
If your squatting is limited I reccomend doing lots of heavy leg presses, high rep squats, and maybe some hack or front squats. The legs grow well with lots of volume as heavy as you can handle. Keep rest periods short 60-90 sec. If you cant do full range dl than do partials like rack pulls, block pulls. Keep reps in the 8-12 range to avoid injury. And also do gm or stiff legs to build the hams. Keep reps in the 15+ range.

you are probably a perfect candidate for a test cycle... nice work bro...
i hate smith squats though, they are very uncomfortable for me...
a good test cycle for someone with your frame and food intake should yield a good 5-8 lbs of solid dry muscle, which is quite a bit for your frame...
 
Thanks man. Yeah smith machine took some getting used to but it got me back to working legs. I've tried to do some leg press but unfortunately I can't handle much weight on it because of another injury lol. I tend to push my body too much lol. While doing dead lift one day I got a nice burning pain letting me know I'm about to get a hernia. Been a few months but dead lift and leg press tend to irritate that spot but it is healing so it didn't completely tear. When I stack too much weight. Those exercises cause too much pressure or whatever in my lower abdomen. Exact spot of inguinal hernia. Anyways joeblow I'll give ur higher rep range a try and see how it goes.
Now as for a test cycle I'm 21... Worries me that I could screw something up. I wouldn't mind giving myself a bump up to a higher range but too high and I have to deal with shut down. 5 lbs is about what I'm looking to put on tho. I've considered sarms osta cycle but not sure about it yet.
 
Would rs transaderm be enough for that or would I need to run test e. and would unleashed/post cycle be enough for pct or would I need forma and bridge with it. And do u need hcg and forma during cycle?
 
i know its not really conventional, but if you dont want to be shut down long or hard you could consider a light, short test prop cycle... the biggest downside is eod pinning really...
1-6 test p 75mg eod
1-6 forma for plenty of AI control, not much bloat on prop anyways...
maybe a little winny the last two weeks if you are brave and i would be you could get 5 lbs, especially if your legs are a bit behind... your back would be another good target to hit heavy...

i dont think transderm would yield close to 5lbs mucle... look at the huge sarms stacks ran here that get like 5lbs... i get like 7-8 on a pretty big cycle, 25-50lbs on my big lifts... but i stay dry... its a much more accurate assessment...
 
I will definitely look into that cycle. As for competing I've been looking into it some just seems theres a million different types of competitions and so I've been trying to figure that out. My bench now is probably about 340 ish. I hit 365 twice at my peeks. I normally shoot to 350 fight hard finally get to 365 then loose it. Also since my peck injury lifting heavy tents to give me pain for a few days after. MRI showed that it healed and physical therapist released me but I have my doubts that it's ready for heavy so for now I'm doing higher reps of 8-10. Normally I'm a 3-4 rep person oddly I build size great that way too.
 
Have you considered peptides. Igf-1lr3 is some potent shit. Also ghrp-6 is probably the most cost effective peptide available. They would both do wonders for strength and weight gain. Throw in some cjc and you should easily gain 5lbs.

Would love to run igf but it's gotta be refrigerated and my parents wouldn't be too happy if they found that. Got one more year to finish my bio degree then I'll be out of the house. Can't wait bc I'll deff be hitting up some peptides. Have u ran cjc? Ive read some interesting stuff on that but was a bit skeptic.

Cjc is pretty good and cheap. Cheap is always good. Thats why I love ghrp6 and 2. The igf needs to be refrigerated before being reconstituted. After it can be stored at room temp for 30 days. Buy one of those mini refrigerators. There like $50 or so.
