Hey guys I'm about to star forma for my PCT use. 5 pumps in the morning and 5 at night. Is that good dose?

I'm concerned that once I rub it in does this mean I cannot have sex or touch my gf with my hands or body. I know it sounds stupid but it's a serious question. I don't want to mess her up.

once it dries you are g2g.

i tell mine to not touch the bottle as a precaution but realistically lets get real, it won't harm her to get a little on here once in a while by mistake. but once it dries you are fine so don't even worry about it.

Just be careful not to sweat once it dries you'll be good to go

it dries very quickly... if your really that concerned then wait about an hour for contact but you really don't need to be concerned
