Forma....Can I Take it 4 too long?

What it boils down to is that I LOVE this shit! One damn fine product. I am currently on nothing right now other than food, water, working out and forma. I am wanting to get back into good shape before I use gear. What I was wondering is, I have a couple bottles of forma and I have been applying 10 pumps am and pm for about the last 3 weeks and I have lost about 10 lbs of some nasty unwanted weight (fairly strict diet, only drink water, and run 60 minutes a day). I would like to know how long I can use this for. Is there a peroid at this dosage I should not pass? Or can I stay on the forma for several months (this is what I would prefer to do)? Any advice?

I would say no more than 8 weeks then take 8 off then go back on. but i'd wait for needto's advice..he's the formastana doctor

I love it too! I like to rotate where I put it on my body.

Should you rotate it or is it personal preference?

if i take a shower in the morning, then ill put some on my shoulders right after, then my chest at night. so i think rotating it in between showers would be good
