Forged Burners

Hi, How do I use the Forged Burners that I got? They come in plastic capsules. Do I open the capsule and ingest the powder? or do I swallow the plastic capsule? This is not a troll thread. Im for real.

Yes sir/ma'am. It's just a stiffer/harder gelcap. I imagine to get farther down the digestive tract before it dissolves or the manufacturer just likes quality.

god i hate early morning cardio. lol
