Forearm pain...any sugg.

I have been training hard as hell lately, growin like crazy.

Last week I started feeling like I have "forearm" splints, similar to those in the shins. It gives me extreme pain when I let go of a weight after a set.
Anyone ever get this??

I used to get the same thing when I did straight barbell curls. After I switched to ezcurls the pain eventually went away after a few months.

I use to get that all the time as well. Straight bar curls were the worst. Switch to dumbells for a while, mine went away after a couple months. One thing that helped a lot is after putting the bar down don't release it quickly. Take a few seconds to let go of the bar slowly, it helps a lot...

Got that tool. Was horrible. Once I stopped straight barbell curls, the pain went away. I thought I was the only one too that ever got this. I even went to a doc and he didnt know. Than I thought about it, and that was the problem now all is well.

This has been the biggest problem Ive experienced in weight training. I have switched to Hammer curls and reverse curls. Now I don't have a problem. If you have to do straight bar curls then Use cables. It sucks man I sometimes think maybe I just have weak bones. Thats what it feels Like

Fill up 2 tubs/sinks that are deep enough to submerge your arms up to your elbows. Fill one with pretty hot water (but not to burn yourself) and one with ice cold water (add 2 trays of ice cubes). Do 2min heat, 2min ice, repeat 3 times. Do this 1-3 times per day, should help a lot. Be weary of cocking your wrists on any exercises and take away the straight bar curls.

Thanks guys...I don't cock my wrists and the pain isn't bad on barbell curls.
It actually happened on a heavy back day. I am a personal trainer and I feel the most pain when I load and unload 45's all day long. Now it hurts the most on heavy benches. I guess I'll have to go nuts on legz for a while...Shit, now I'll have to buy new pants again.
