Forcing Body into Ketosis during cycle??

Curious as to how some of you would feel about forcing your body into Ketosis during a cycle. Just a general question..I don't have an specific cycle in mind. Thought that a little Ketosis would help rid the visceral body fat.
 
As long as your fat and protein macros are adequate and your total cals aren't too low, it's a great way to get shredded. However I found endurance went right out the window when lifting. Come second set of my first exercise i just felt like I didn't have much left in me. But if you can stay focused and fight through it the results will show.
 
Ive been fine on meat and veggies with intense lifting and intervals....just be sure you take 15-30g EFA daily and maybe some CLA...Ive never had an issue with the energy...

I also think you can lean out on low carb (not zero carb) with keeping carbs timed around your workout....sipping a light protein/carb drink with handfuls (yes I mean handfuls) of BCAAs during your workout with a big post workout shake doesnt jack up fat loss...the scientific types can throw the research at you as both these "techniques" send anabolism through the roof...and if the only real carbs you take during day are during and post workout you should have gas in the tank for toughing it out...

I dont know how long it takes to fall back into ketosis as I never bother with the strips, but I am curious if one would be in ketosis most of the time if they were doing carbs during and post workout only with green veggies being the only other carbs during day which amount to very little...
 
Do a search for for ckd diet and you will find some good posts. I am on a keto diet right now. I do disagree about carbs after workout although in usual dieting you would add carbs pwo but it is important you don't ingest the carbs. You will have a carbup day on the weekend which is when you can indulge with simple carbs (this is important, take in a few hundred simple carbs within the first half of the day and then drop them, also important that you do NOT have any data with the carbs as it will slow down the digestion of them which is not desirable with a keto diet). During your carbup day your fats should be almost non existent as well and def high protein.

Test E 500mg/wk
Deca 300mg/wk
Masteron 150mg/wk
Tren 150 mg/wk
Test P 150 mg/wk
HCG 250mg/EOD

Chrysine (AI) 1-2Gms/Daily
Provirinum (Anti-Estrogen) 25mg/Daily
 
Before giving cycle advice need some stats (age, height, weight, years training, training routine, diet, # of prior cycles and what they were).
 
I don't have the most experience but one thing I have heard over and over is that you should NOT run deca with tren, other than that your run is somewhat similar to mine,
100mg tren e
100mg mast e
100mg test e
all in one vial, I take it every third day, I have some deca and wan't to run that too for joint help but got slammed down by big Bros on here, after some research it made sense, look it up bro
 
That a, messed up mix in one vial....150Mg tren and 150Mg mast per week is a waste let me tell you 300Mg min om either that even low...how much protein fat carbs a day you guys think to get to ketosis
 
A trusted source told me 50g max carbs a day, just cut out the carbs and the body has no choice but to take the fat, I'm learning, that's what I've taken so far from quest for knowledge on keto
 
My diet now is 54% protein 36% fat and 10% carbs. It's brutal but it's getting me lean and the 10% carbs i do get in are aree from almonds and protein shakes and no starchy carbs what so ever
 
Some ppl get into ketosis at 75 g, some ppl wont get into ketosis till 25g. Everyone is different. Buy the strips and make sure ur actually in ketosis.
 
25Homes- so 25g to 75g carbs per day all week then 1 day a week load up, eat all the carbs you can? I really want this to work for me too, just want to make sure I do it properly
 
D don't know I would say all carbs you can eat I would say IMO every 5th day id have carb load of about.250Mg then 4 days after that have load day of about 350-400g carbs then go 5-6days.at like 25-50g again and cycle like that
 
Every sunday i'll eat a bagel which has 42 grams of carbs and i reduce my fat intake on that day. Also, have a cheat DAY once every 10 days otherwise you'll lose your mind. Don't incorporate cheat days until you survive past week 3
