1. How many amps or ml's per sample did you send in to get tested?
2. What payment method's did you use?
3. What shipping method and how did you pack your gear.
4. What information did you provide them.
5. Result Turnaround time?

But what's the use of using UG gear if the savings are offset by the costs of lab tests?
