For those of you who want a good new thermo

A buddy of mine owns a franchise GNC and can get what a lot of GNC'S can't. He gave me this thermo for my last competition and it was the best I've tried. It's made by Thermo-life International and its called LIPODRYL. I've never tried a thermo that kicked like this one. Unbelievable!! Anyone with experience, good or bad?

how many did you take and how often?

Two in the morning half hour before breakfast or workout.
Two in the after noon half hour to an hour before a meal or workout.

Now that I'm not dieting, I take one or two 1 hour before a workout and it seems to give a great boost.
