The 1mg dose right?
.5ml once a night.
yes, correct. If your a person who tans, you have black hair too, load w/ that for at least 1 bottle. You should start to see a little bit of tan comming in, you can just keep it there and keep loading till you have a tan, then see if you want to increase it.
I'm telling ya, I stayed at the .5ml (1mg) for about 2-3 bottles, I was coaching baseball in the sun for about 6 hours ew, then my son and I were practicing too, and we went fishing on Sun, for 4-5 hours, all of that in the sun. I never moved off that amount. For the first time in my life, I had a real dark tan. My nose, if I don't use SPF 50, it burns. After I had been on it for about a month, I didn't need the sunblock, it was a small miracle. I would use caution at first, use whatever sunblock you would normally use, the tan will start to come in, then you can gradually use less or decrease the SPF factor. The main thing is
DO NOT BURN. Take your time, you'll see it fast enough. When you see your neck, hands, etc get the dirty look, use lotion and apply block to those areas. You'll see what I mean. My neck, because it got tons of sun, was damn near black, not brown, black! I should have used block LONG before I started. I suggest that people who may be tanning for weddings, etc and you want to be really dark, take pics w/ a digi cam. When you see yourself standing by someone else, you'll get a good idea as to how you look to the camera. I had people making comments all the time about how dark I was, I just brushed it off. Then I went to Maui for my wedding, luckily the wedding was in the second day, you saw the pic of me earlier, that was about 5 days of tropical sun. My wife is 1/2 hispanic, she was light compared to the Scotch/ Irish guy. The photographer, actually lightened some of the pics to match our color better, like I said, good thing it was before I had been in the sun. I was just WAY too damn dark for a natural look for me. FYI, to the brides/maides and grooms/men....
