I am not prone to MPB...but I am curious that if I am still cycling..is it possible, that I am accelerating the loss of my hair at a younger age?
For those not prone to MPB...does AAS accelerate balding?

I'm not prone either. My hairline receded at the temples maybe 3/4 inch in the first year I used steroids, and has stayed the same ever since......many years and a whole lot of steroids.

3/4 is quite a bit...I have a full head of hair and with that 3/4" missing it would definitely make me look different.

Hair Loss & AS use...
I have always had kinda a high forhead, when it comes to my hairline. (similar to"The"Rock's"...but much lower) I'm not loosing my hair, and I don't think it runs in my family. Thank God! Both my brothers are in their mid 20's full heads of hair, and aside from my high forehead, always had a good head of hair. But, I have to say, "always" am obsessed with the horror of going bald. I check all the time. Even went to a doctor about it. He laughed, and told me to come back in 10+ years, if needed. Big boost there.
I guess it comes down to this though...
All my friends basically went bald out of nowhere, over night! I figure it this way...I've had my head shaved before. I do like it. But, I like my hair also.... I figure if I do happen to go bald, I have the option of shaving the head,...and I know it won't look bad on me. (As I have been told, and I do think as well) Aside from that,...I would rather be big regardless, of my hair situation, since if I was going bald, it would suck, and I would then be another balding guy with an average muscular body.(if gear was stopped and went "natural" route) I hope to keep the hair,...but I would rather have the gear body. Seriously,... I take precautions, but figure if it is going to happen, it will. Might as well have a great body to compensate, feel lucky, if you are one of the few white bros that look good with a baldy shaved, and be happy w/ that.

Maybe I'm not making myself clear. I'm 54 and have used steroids for 30 years.....and I have a full head of hair. 3/4ths of an inch at the temple which no one ever noticed after all those years is damn good!
