Just curious what gym in NJ u guys belong to - anyone from Ron Capodanno's Muscle Mill in Milltown, NJ?

I trained at Ron's gym from 1990-93 when it was Golds gym Milltown. He is a cool guy and he was very helpful when I was competing back then. It was a great gym in the early 90's. A lot of really good competitors trained there. Glad to hear that he is still in business.
