Anyways, about the topic of this post.

The science behind human mating choice/behavior is as follows. Women choose men who show emotional investment to pair-bond with. These are often guys who are not particularly high quality in looks/genetics, and they make up for it by providing what a female wants in a long term partner and caregiver for her offspring.

But when women are at the fertile, they seek extra-pair copulations (read: to "cheat") with higher quality men (hotties) who can afford to be assholes because their genetic quality/symmetry/looks are attractive enough that they can get laid without investing emotionally or financially.

I have seen a lot of ugly dudes with fine women. I always think, how did they do that? I see it the other way around too.

I was in a club not to long ago. I don't think that I look that good anymore except for my body. I heard these women say, "That guy is stuck on himself." I didn't do anything for them to say this. Guess it was just having a good body.

And nice guys are the ones who end up all needy and whiny and shit, so really they are more aggressive for attention, while the assholes and jerks who get laid all the time couldnt give a shit about the female, therefore he arouses interest in her then plays headgames with her until she has sex with him out of frustration all the while wondering "does he like me now?" "will he spend more time with me, now that he is railing my ass????" Its a revolving door, she doesnt get the attention she needs so she has to continually subjugate herself to his whim, all the while he doesnt give a shit about her. So hes really not the aggresive one, the nice guy is because he wont leave her the fuck alone with his lame ass.

Most all the women that I had sex with, I played the I don't give a shit role. I was nice though. They just knew that I was after 1 thing and I didn't try to conceal it. Most older women (30 and up) are different, they have to have some kind of attachment, committment, b4 they will have sex.

Its not a matter of what you agree with. This is how it is. I'm not talking about psychology, or the particular game you play at a club. I'm also not saying that women choose their men by asking themselves consciously what they want, and for what purpose, or that they know or consider how fertile they are at that moment.

But women do prefer men of higher genetic quality, as evidenced by symmetry studies, only when they are the most fertile in their menstrual cycle. For example, in one study, a group of women were given t-shirts worn over several nights by men. The men were ranked by the scientists by how symmetrical they were (in terms of Fluctuating Assymmetry), unbeknownst to the women. The women showed no preference for one particular shirt over another, ranking them generally as either "neutral" or unattractive. BUT, when they were most fertile (right after their periods), they women showed marked preferences for certain shirts, ranking these as above neutral and close to attractive. The shirts that were preferred. every time, turned out to have the scents of the most symmetrical men in the sample.
