Do the best you can to find things she likes to do BB wise.
Let her try a few supps, if she doesn't like them don't push them on her too much either.
If she sees you gettIng results she will probably listen to you. After that when she sees results it will motivate her.
I used to work out with my GF and walk her through everything.
After awhile she got the hang of it and she had her own routine.
