Supplements for women!

My gf was talking to me 5 minutes ago, and of course I made some supplement suggestions for her, id love if she looked and felt better, who wouldnt!

Anyways I realised that outside of adderlinn for some weight loss and energy I had no idea what I could give her!?

Could anyone please jump in and give me some suggestions, she wants to drop some bf% and tone up,

any suggestions are appreciated...

really? was it scary for you with anxiety and some kind of jitteryness?

i want something that she can take that wont scare her, pills are bad enough. it doesnt make her happy. she needs some re education, but for now she needs to be babied through bbing.

Not at all. Actually I was a Hydroxycut lover for a long time and that f'd me up! It gave me really bad anxiety so I took a break from pills for a couple of years. I would start her off with lipoflame like I did. I promise she won't feel jitters from it. It does the job, but doesn't make you feel too cracked out.

You can tell her that unless she's juicing or taking a supplement designed to build muscle, she's not going to get big fast, even with newbie gains. Maybe the whole muscle keeps burning calories, she'll tone up faster lifting type arguments? She could do lighter weights and lower volume to start. Slin would be a great addition...I saw nice results at 3 caps/ day. Any of the other fat burners would be good too, providing her diet is reasonable.

So far shes actually in relatively good shape and has changed for the better in the 3 years iv known her, im frankly very satisfied, although she is unhappy, and with my own drive for perfection i cant help but understand hers.

I am glad you guys understsand, she has this ... weird and understandable phobia that her muscles will expand giving her the appearence of being over weight or unfit.

I was thinking of giving her

3x need2slin
1x adderlinn

would any creatine be worth it ?
 
The more muscle I build the easier I find it to keep the fat off. I like the 8-12 rep range but if she is too worried about bulking up keep her in the 12-20 rep range. My main source of energy is caffein (coffee) but I know a lot of ladies like the adderlin. (I plan on trying it soon).

A good example of muscle gain in women. 10 years ago I started lifting and my biceps were at 10 inches. 6 years ago they were at 11 inches. This is when I started getting serious and lifting heavy. I have been lifting "heavy" for six years and my arms have been stuck on 12-12.5 inches for two years. They are defined and I get nothing but compliments when I go sleeveless. A man putting in the same work would see a much greater increase in their arm size. Basically, I would have to use steroids to get any bigger.

Most women, who are not familiar with weight lifting or educated in it, have that fear. It's pretty common. I had it too. What Rebecca said is dead on! It literally takes years of hard training and heavy lifting to max out your genetic potential and even then, unless you're a super freak (superior genetics), you aren't going to look manly or huge as a woman. The lifting would help her with the toning and she will build some muscle, most likely, but I think she'll be happy with the results.
 
NTBM has the Alpha Princess Stack which consists of Need2Slin, Forged Burner, and Bridge. While I can't vouch for the stack's applicability to anyone else, I CAN say that I have personally used all of these products and have been absolutely BLOWN AWAY by each of them.

(Just a heads up though, I'm 250 pounds and I stick to just ONE cap of Forged Burner. Two caps have a bit much kick for me LOL)

That forged burner is NO joke. After being up all day chasing my two year old, then being up all night at work, I can leave the job, pop one forged burner, go straight to the gym, and be tearing the place up.

Ive been REALLY exhausted a few times and taken two caps, and I feel like I can conquer the world FAST, but man...even walls feel like theyre just in the way. I just wanna go everywhere in a dead run and if that takes plowing through walls, that's what ill have to do! :p

LOL..I know everyone is different but 2 caps a day for me and after a week, I literally was not sleeping. Had to cut it back to 1. I can drink all kinds of caffiene and be fine but the burner was pretty strong for me. :)
 
Do the best you can to find things she likes to do BB wise.
Let her try a few supps, if she doesn't like them don't push them on her too much either.
If she sees you gettIng results she will probably listen to you. After that when she sees results it will motivate her.
I used to work out with my GF and walk her through everything.
After awhile she got the hang of it and she had her own routine.
