Hey there All, how are we?

What foods and supplements can be used in order to support the CNS during times of increased stress by means of work, exercise etc?

Also, what are the amounts of foods and/or the dosages recommendations?

So, fire away with your suggestions and reasons pls.

Make sure your primary macro nutrient levels are at the high end of lab range, its probably the best thing you could ever do and will have a drastic effect on your whole body. Of primary concern is zinc, magnesium, D3 and the B vitamins.
 
Hey Zyg, thanks for the advice.

I seem to recall that you have spoken of this on other occasions, but I forget the tests that can be done, could you refresh my memory pls?
 
You want these at the high end of reference range if you exercise regularly

rbc magnesium 6.8 mg/dl
rbc zinc 900-1470ug/dl or 9.0-14.7mg/l
D3 test is 25(OH)D3 80 ng/mL

For the B complex vits they are water soluble so there is little danger of overdosing. if in doubt take more.
