so there was a thread about it ; then i checked today and the thread disappeared and there was another about how the company was good

so the guy of yesterday posted on the 'nice' thread about the company writing that still did not have recieved the money and they edited him; basically erasing what he wrote.

then another guy called greenberet or something before that they erased the message answered saying that the situation sucked and that the company needed to give the guy the money. and they ersed even him and locked the thread; can you believe it bros?

so in summary keep away from muscletalkuk ; from that punk of partyboy (the mod) who did this and if you are in the uk do not buy from bulkpowders because from what i read you risk not to have shit

same thing happened to me in that forum, the moderators tried to ruin my case , they said that without proves they will erase the thread, I gave them proves , everybody there was with me but without further explanation the thread was off, those guys are clowns , f*** them

He was asked if he had contacted the supplier first so as not toc cause drama all over the board before any resolution had been investigated.

Within 1 hour of the post the supplier replied to the thread starter with the tracking ref and that it had been delivered safely 30th January (2 working days)

The thread starter then said he was not happy the tracking reference was on the open forum and ASKED FOR THE THREAD TO BE DELETED

So this has nothing to do with who or what sponsors what board this was about keeping drama away and getting people to talk and carrying out a wish of a memember i.e. to delete a post

So what is the joke = he ordered, he paid, he recieved what was th e problem? his parents took the order in and did not tell him it had arrived so he did the sensible thing and post all over the net without asking the supplier what was up or even better wondering if the box of protein and carbs in the hallway were what he was waiting for!!

I have never used the company or know anything about them but that is the real story and i still have access to the thread if you are really that concerned but if you would lie it reinstating please ask the thread starter to say so as HE ased for it to be taken down

So in summary the thread was asked to be removed by the thread starter because it was delivered and ontime just his MUM forgot to tell him

secondly the other thread was from someone completely different that was not edited and was not asked for a delete

the company has not affinity with the board

So in summary i am sure no one cares what happens with other boards this is the AAS section to discuss just that

fact - tracking refs and names published on the internet are NOT covered by data protection act as they are in the public domain
fact - he requested the thread to be deleted
fact - MT asked for the dispute to be settled via client to business as not something for the boards

end of Drama - threads that were asked to be deleted were, and all are very happy except you but guess not everyone can be pleased. As before i do not know the company and have never used and do not care one bit what happens but when you bash a board and your facts are wrong then its drama for the sake of drama

I can see the thread and its quite clearly if you have concerns please mail the originator of the thread to offer your assistance and advise hom of the boards that you visit and i am sure he will be happy to join you. You can advise of alternative carb and protein suppliers that you use or recommend now that would be useful

Elite is a good board (i have been here 6 years before you and remain here so i agree on that)

As for board bashing etc i think it is childish and certainly not for the AAS section of this board.

I'm sorry to hear that guy had some problems with his order (allegedly) for whatever reason, I know it can be frustrating and I don't wish this on anyone.

I've used Bulkpowders once before and I have to admit, in comparison to myprotein.co.uk and other companies I use, I was a little disapointed in their service, not the quality of the products but the shipping times. Anyway, I'm not knocking them, just I'd rather use an alternative source to buy my protein powders..etc. from. You're always gonna hear good and bad things about all companies because unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world and sometimes sh*t happens. It's not my place to go and tell people not to use this or that company simply based on my own experience. I will give an honest opinion and advise them not to maybe, but it stops there. Ultimately it's their choice and their decision and I'm not gonna try and stop them.

But to have a full on debate about some dude and analysing everything he said or who said this and that....what is the point?

TBH, I'd rather make my own decisions and my own mistakes in regards to who and where I buy from than be told what to do all the time. I appriciate people's advice, but ultimately you have to just get on with things and do what you gotta do.

I would understand if this arguement was based on your own experience, but what is the point in debating it otherwise, really?

If you have had issues with a certain company or supplier in the past, the answer would seem pretty simple: don't use them again, find somewhere else = problem solved.

But I just don't see the point in having a full on heated debate over this.

I too am a member of the Muscletalk forums and if I am honest, I have also noticed that some of the mods over there do tend to delete posts for no apparent reason (and yes, I hate to say it but in most of cases it would seem Partyboy has been involved in this). Not knocking anyone, I guess it's just the way they run the board over there for whatever reason.

My point is, if you don't like it, don't get involved or post on that particular forum. There are always gonna be things you don't like and people out there who will disagree with you. My advise would be not to take things too personally and let these things bother you too much. Ultimately it is entirely your choice.

I still think it's a pretty good forum, although I do prefer elitefitness for many of the reasons you guys have already outlined.

I had a few probs with bulkpowders in the past. I got warned by some Mod (toxic) that i would be banned if i carry on complaining.

I still use bulk now and again. But i suspect their whey is not top quality.

the real problem and this is the reason why i got so pissed off was not so much for the issue about the guy ordering and not receiving the stuff (because probably unless is a very shitty company bulkpowders will either give the money back the guy or investigating about it)

the problem was that the mods and muscletalkuk have erased

the thread that was damaging their sponsors

create another one fake to remedy the bad pubblicyt of the sponsor

cut , paste and modify thread that continue speaking not so good of bulkpowders

i have a fucking difficult charecter ; i always tell what i think; i had quite tough debate with primordial; anthony roberts and nelson montana but i have never been banned not my threads were erased or re-written.

Sh*t man, I never knew they banned you for that. That all seems pretty extreme if that was really the case.

Like I said, I have noticed they do tend to delete certain threads for no apparent reason over there.

One case in point; I remember a while back there was a guy who posted another one of those hairloss threads in the AAS section.
Nothing negative was posted what so ever, it was just a normal thread where this guy was asking for some advice.
I tried to give the guy some ideas on what stuff may help..etc. as did a few other guys who took the time to give some input.
Then for no reason what so ever, the thread just disappeared. The next day, the guy posted another thread to ask what had happened to the original post or if it had been moved to a different forum as people were still trying to discuss (the thread was still ongoing in other words). No explanation was given and the guy's thread was deleted by one of the mods - Partyboy.

I never questioned it, but I really don't understand why they deleted these posts as there was really nothing untoward about them...strange.

Having said all this mate, I still wouldn't get too uptight about it. I know it's frustrating and I can understand where you are coming from. But I guess that's just how things go sometimes.

I agree, everyone is entitled to their opinion and I actually appriciate people like you who do speak their mind rather than sugar coat things or try to say stuff they think other people want to hear. Of course, some people may take offence to that depending on how you go about it.

I have no beef with anyone on this board or over at MT. I don't nessessarily agree with everything everyone says or tells me. But unless you go on there and start becoming offensive on a personal level...I don't see the credability in banning someone over expressing an opinion.

You have to understand though that they are looking out for their sponser's best interest and don't want to damage their reputation, but I still think everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Personally, the guy you were talking about would have been better off contacting bulk powders directly before resorting to posting a thread up. Like you say, I'm sure Bulkpowders would have looked into it for him.

I still don't understand why they kept part of the post on there rather than delete the whole thread and just sent a warning to the guy.

Banning him and other people for trying to defend him does sound a bit OTT though. I'll have to watch my mouth over there then...lol.

I really like MyProtein, the plain stuff tastes great.

Other fav UK brands (not bulk though)

Reflex (just AWESOME for so many supps)

PhD (best tasting whey, choc cookie and vanilla are AWESOME)

Extreme Nutrition (Scotland based, they do this great whey sourced from 4 different proteins)

CNP - Dorian Yates approved, expensive but worth it for some supps.

oooooooooooooh forgot the cheapest one = Nutrisport.

I would not recommend their whey as no digestive enzymes, I had a hard time digesting it (even though it did taste great), but their prices for creatine, glutamine, aminos cannot be beaten.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if they were the manufacturers who supply the bulk materials to all the other supplement companies.

I use myprotein.co.uk and they are awesome IMO. I've used them pretty much since I started training.

Tried a few other brands over the years such as maximuscle and reflex, but I find most brands are far too sickly. They tend to overflavour their products.

I would recommend Myprotein's "Total Protein" powder. Best blend out there.
