For the 100th time

Ok, I know I am asking a question that has been asked 100's of times, but can't seem to find the threads. Does anyone know a good place to get pins? I need slin pins and my usual spot doesn't carry them with detachable needles. If this is a no no question, sorry, didn't realize it.

CVS, Walmart, they all sell insulin pins over the counter.
