I've noticed someone has been missing a little bit around these parts and I know you haven't been feeling very good ....so ....just wanted to say ...

AWWWWW...thans y'all.

Seems Ive slept about 38 of the last 48 hours.


Caught GI tract virus that also affected the lining of my thorat and mouth...been running a fever continuously for about a week.....

Doc said the fever should be gone in a couple of days.

the good thing about only eating 500 cals per day for the last 5 days is that my abs are looking pretty good...

Of course, the rest of me is looking pretty gaunt at the moment form the drop of 12 pounds since last week

Since your stomach will be sensitive -- eat bland foods, like mashed taters, etc..... Get well!!
