For Newbies on this site like me

Before starting to ask all different questions and If you are as clueless as I was, Elitefitness will send you email information regarding a variety of topics. READ THEM. ALL OF THEM. I am very new to this site and just by reading all the emails and information as well as researching all the forums and posts, I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge. I was just going to listen to my friends and take what they took and do what they were doing. 2 of them got huge lumps in their arms and the other has every side effect I think there is. VERY SCARY. First thing I learned from this site. Is to fully educate yourself on everything. The only way Im going to be able to start my first cycle is with the help of these forums. Good thing I listened to the posts and not my friends. Sorry for such a long post but I thought it could help some new guys like myself. Looking foward to further my knowledge with you guys. Thanks again on such a tremendous site!!
