For mild acne, acutane or retin-A

A friend of mine said he can get his hands on some Acutane topical gel or some Retin-A (.50%) cream. I have very light acne right now, but im afraid once post cycle/clomid hits it's gona get worse

Im looking for somethhing topical that i can apply to any new forming zits in order to get rid of them. I plan on getting on 6-10grams of penthonic acid a day starting soon....

i dont know about topical acutane, but oral makes you super sensitive to the sun. you burn really easy.. burn bad that is!

Accutane all the way. Retin-A is piss poor compared to accutane. Trust me, I've tryed almost everything my Dermatologist had.

If it is just mild acne his doctor probably wouldnt even prescribe accutane because of the long term nasty sides.

I always use retinoic acid lotion and it works very good to me. You only have to be persitent that it will do the job. Maybe some cllindamicine in the begginig to shott away the propianum bacterium acnes...

A combo of Retin a at night (alternating every night with benzyl peroxide cream) and topical anti-biotic pads in the morning (clindets?) was what worked best for me... I've used accutaine, and it does have some nasty sides (loss of night vision, joint pain, increased susceptability to sickness, and in my case pre-mature growth plate closure).

im getting a tube of .50% Retin-A, and a bottle of 1mg per cap Panthonic Acid

I already have my nuetrogen body wash and oxy face pads and noxema face cream (They stopped making noxema pads, they were my favorite )

I should be able to contain this shit!

That Retin-A makes my face bright red and sore. I can;t use it.

I don't know about the acutane gel, but I know the pill is light years ahead of retin-a. I used to have really bad acne and I took retin-a for years and it didn't do dick, then I went on acutane and 6months later...not a zit on my body. They come back sometimes after, but only a small one here or a few small ones there. Nothing problematic.
