For big guys who REALLY know!

I AM 5'6" 170LBS HAVE BEEN LIFTING FOR A YEAR NOW AND HAVE CHOSE TO USE GEAR SOON! I WILL BE RUNNING PROP. @ 100MG EOF DAY AND WILL BE RUNNING IT WITH SOME DECA I HAVE NOT RECIEVED YET. SORRY I DON'T HAVE THE STRENGTH OF THE DECA. BUT ANYWAYS I HAVE FOUND THAT THE BEST WAY FOR ME TO GAIN MASS IS BY EATING ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. I THEN LOSE WEIGHT REALLY QUICKLY BY USING HYDO CUTS OR SOMETHING LIKE THEM AND EATING HIGH PROTEIN LOW CARB. I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO EAT ON MY FIRST CYCLE. I REALLY HAVE A HARD TIME EATING ENOUGH ON A HIGH PROTEN LOW CARB DIET. PLEASE HELP! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:confused: :confused: :rolleyes:

eating everything in sight without a plan will get you pretty fucking fat, instead focus on taking in 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight, 2-3g of carbs per lb of bodyweight, keep fats low

wot he said and try to take in at least 0.5g of fat/lbs to ensure all the calories are there.
 
Eat a lot but eat clean....Steak, Chicken, greens, pasta, lotso of myoplex's......You can try some TRAC creatine.
 
ok dude looks like you are starting a little bit early, but since you allready have you might as well make the best of it.

first of, if you are an ectomorph then yes you should eat any thing and everything in sight. Mostly lean red meat. But that would work weather you are juicing or not. you first need to set yourself some goals, do you want to bulk up, or cut down?

If you want to bulk up then do some research on good bulking diets, eat lots of steak and hamburger. Why fuck with hydroxycut any way if you loose weight easy? Just something to think about .
 
if you're disorganized w/ your diet,then your cycle will only mess you up...your training,diet and recuperation regime must 100% b4 attempting to add steroids into the mix...you will not be maximizing...in addition,you've been only lifting for 1 year...so b4 attempting steroids,you should organize yourself with all 3 aspects mentioned b4 and add creatine,glutamine and some protein powder into the mix...you'd be surprised what you can accomplish...
