for anyone that hates suspension

i have been taking suspension for a couple weeks now and my ass feels like i got hit by a cannon,cant f*cking walk worth a shit....anyways my point was that a few nights ago i mixed 1cc of suspension with 1cc of b12 and there was no pain at all....this might not be a revelation to some of you but to the certain few that are in pain every injection and have not realized this i hope it helps....i just wanted to share that....its all worth it if it helps someone

yeah b12 helps a lot. I have found that a little sterile water helps to it just helps disolve the crystals a bit more

What will shots of b12 everyday do to your system?

Shots of B12 won't hurt you it's good for the blood and liver, it will however increase your appitite.
