Football workout

Hey bros..im sure this has been asked before but since im not a Plat i cant search...i was wondering if you guys could give me a good football workout?...I am at a big D1 school and I would like to try to walk on in 1 or 2 years...im 6'2 240 right now...I lift on Monday-Wednesday-Thursday....could someone give me a good one?
 
Since most of the 5x5 programs involve developing core strength you may want to start there. My program looks like this:

Monday:
Bench - 5x5 - Ramping weight
Bent Row
Dip
Chin w/weight

Tuesday
Squat
Deadlift
Calf Raises

Thursday
Bench
Bent Row
Push Press
Chins

Friday
Squat
Power Shrugs
Calfs

If you can only do Monday Thursday Friday then you could split it like this:

Monday:
Squat
Deadlift
Calfs

Thursday:
Bench
Bent Row
Push Press
Chin
Dip

Friday
Squat
Power Clean
Good Mornings
