I'm sick of eating the same shit!!!!!!!

Guys can you post some suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other quick meals to boost protein intake.

the most important thing is to eat many different types of food regularly,long acting carbs ,no fast food,i eat almost everything that i can find,vegetables are important whith meat.

mainly I'm try to put on lean muscle, I'm in the 6th week of sust only cycle and am sick of eating the same stuff-I know this post sucks in retrospect-I guess I could have gone to a "cooking" site for suggestions instead

i eat tyson chicken breast. You can get it from sams. Get the lemon chicken kind
31 g protein
3.5 g fat
4 g carbs

That is some good shit, grill it on the old george grill.
 
I've seen those, I'll try it out-I usuallu get those "juiced up" chicken breasts-some of those chickens must have been huge-j/k
