seriously, if your shitting like a waterfall thats a whole lot of water your losing.

if its REALLY bad, and i mean pain like youve never had (this has happened to me once) it might be an idea to go see one

yeah i'm shitting h2o like a waterfall. i went and got some gatorades, hopefully that will help

i'm not sure weather to sit on the toilet or bend over it.

you might be losing salts as well

if you feel faint, or bloods in the stool, or the pain gets real bad go see a doc ok even if you think your fine

just got back from doc.. its food poisoning.

nothing but gatorade for rest of today...

but, i didnt get a shot in the ass, livened up my day a bit, nice surpise huh?
