Most important thing one can do is consume correct amount of food. Had a friend bitching about his QV products saying they where not working. This was a few weeks back. We sat down and went over his diet. A fucking joke to say the least. Not enough calories to do shit. He followed my lead and diet and told me tonight he was not only up in weight by almost 10 pounds but he was getting an incredible pump and getting stronger.

Morale eat eat eat to grow grow grow.
 
I agree, you should be eating until your sick. Also it can't all be "clean" food or else you won't be able to fit enough food in during a day.

What was the diet plan?
 
7 meals a day for me ... thats not including shakes either! Constantly eating while on ... people think that I am a pig, but they wont say anything out of fear of being crushed! hahahaha

he was trying to bulk. had him consume 7 meals a day 20 times his bodyweight in calories. he is cosuming 2 grams protein per pound he is 210 pounds and he is taken in high carbs as well but keeping fat intake at 12% of his diet.

Damm, that's a lot of food! The body can only synthesize so much protein per serving. The rest goes to waste and is shit out.
 
i cant see a reason to consume more than 250g of protien a day.

even that, to some, may seem like an outrageous amount.
