I don't know if everyone already knows about this, but a friend just showed me: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl

It lets you search for the nutrient breakdown of tons of food.

Not bad. I'm sure you know already, but www.fitday.com is also good for that.

I used that quite some time ago, but I didn't remember if it was as detailed or not.

I've also found that http://www.nutri-facts.com is pretty good too, although sometimes they're somtimes either too specific or too braod with their categories...but they have a shitload of food listings.
