Food Chart?

Does anyone have a good web site that shows you all different foods and how much protein, carbs, fats etc is in them? Like a big ass chart or something, thanks!

Example :
1 chicken breast, protein, carbs, fats?
1 slick brown bread
1 slice white bread
muffin etc...........
 
Thanks alot Xtreme2001! Right on, Is that just a brief list or does it have all protein foods? I'll look at it in detail later tonight, I wanna make a big ass chart for my room so I can quickly plan my meals before I eat them, so I can eat a wide variety of foods throughout the week and not have to guess at how much each food has. I hate guessing!:mad: Thanks again bro.

Also, I have an excel program that does an ok job of counting calories, giving summaries, etc.. but it's best if you're quite good at excel to understand what's going on and to grow your own personal meal database. Anyone who's good at excel send me an email and I'll forward you the file to play with.

I know, I agree. I wont do it anymore. Xtreme, when I figure out the carma thing I will bro.
 
the proteins in the first chart is off. some are under by half and others over. Read labels; most of these online charts are outdated. JMO.

I bought a book at vitamin world called"BOOK OF FOOD COUNTS",it has every kind of food in it.It has calories,protein,carbs,sodium,fiber,fat and cholesterol.It is very useful,it's like my bible.:D
 
Go to any big book store like barnes and nobles or Waldens and there are a shitload of calorie count books (booklets) that are cheap and some even have all the fast food restaurants in there with pro carb and fat counts.
