Might as well make a little journal out of this.... :)

Currently running:

1. Test: 1g/week

2. Winstrol: 50mg/day

3. Anavar: 50mg/day(to be added)

4. Tren: 100mg/day

Switched over from normal Yohimnburn to the DF version.
Dropped about 1.5lbs in the past day. Actually works rather well IMO. You hold much less water then the normal Yohimburn.The AF store has come out with yet another winner.

BW: 186-187lbs (Fluctuates)

Measurements: Abs: 6mm Pecs: 8mm Quads: 9mm

3-skin total: 23mm Approx. 8% by the Lange manual.

FM: 14.88lbs fat approx.
FFM: 171.12lbs LMB approx.

Good luck bro. Personally I have nothing against you as you have always been helpful to me as well as so many others on this board. It was a shame though to post pics that were not your own so it's good that you are doing this to show what YOU really got.

Day 12:

Tren suspension is def. something worth buying. :)

BW today: 188lbs

Bodytemp remains rather elevated at night from the Tren.
I am running acetate+suspension simultaneously now.

Seem to dropping fat a faster rate than adding muscle.

ECA is probably the culprit.

Kcals are roughly 3000Kcal.

Going ot up them to 3600Kcal.

Interesting, I'm running a similar cycle but with the addition of EQ at 800mg/wk..... started 2 weeks ago for a 12 week cycle, but I will drop the tren and winny in about 1-week (too hard on my hair).

Are you taking any anti-E's?

I wonder how my results will compare to yours, though I'm purely trying to cut (not bulk) right now.

BTW, I know you think I am one of the people who were "flaming" you, but I was just pointing out facts...... I have no hard feelings..... or feelings at all about you, except that I now know to take what you say with a grain of salt.

Just don't want to get the dreaded bloat or moon face.

I know its overkill......but it gives me some piece of mind. :)

Fonz, what kind of calipers do you use for skinfold measurements? I broke my...gasp...Skindex calipers awhile back by sitting on them. I haven't gotten any in awhile but need to. What calipers do you suggest i buy? How much?

I should mention that I am not rich either...lol:)

I have the lange calipers($130).

I have used the accu-measure digital ones before($40), and
they were OK. Only about 1-1.5% off the lange.

I'm going to test the hand-held electrical conductivity ones
soon.

Ok, time to test out if Tylers Liver Detox works on me:

Liver stack:(I am running winstrol at 100mg/day)

1. Tylers: 2 caps 2X/day
2. r-ala: 1000-2000mg(or more..... :) )
3. Co-Q10: 120mg Gel cap W/Vit.E

Liver values(As of Oct.1)

AST: 72 Normal: 2-50

ALT: 78 Normal: 2-60

Kidney Values:

BUN: 19 Normal: 7-25

Creatinine: 1.3 Normal: 0.5-1.4

I am also taking 15mg Biotin/day to off-set its depletion by the r-ala.

Stack now is:

Fina susp: 100mg WO Days
Fina acetate: 200mg+200mg EQ non-wo days
Winstrol at 100mg/day

Dropped the test. I'll ride the test wave until it leaves my system.
Anastrozole is coming down to 1mg/day.

Total comes out to:

1g Fina/week+600mg EQ/week+700mg Winstrol/week

Total AAS: 2.3g

BW Today: 190lbs

Well, my guy came through so:

I'll get to test the german oxsolaren's next week when i first start
to tan.

I'm going to pop 40mg(2 20mg caps) 1.5hrs before tan time

Going to go for 10min then 10 min then 10 min in 2 day intervals and go from there.

Yohimburn DF is now starting to be used on legs and chest.

Yohimburn DF on face DOES work surprisingly well. Bromo+Yoh DF
is probably the best combo to lean out the face.(See pic)

Will post blood test results in 2-3 weeks to check on my liver and kidney values.

No fat gain or muscle gain this week. Huge amounts of r-ala took care of any potential fat gain.

Anyways, next 3 weeks is cutting+cardio fitness+ aquatic physiotherapy.

Hitting the Fina at 100mg ED+Winny at 50mg ED. No test or EQ as I already have a large amount of both AAS in my system so I'm just going to ride out the "tapering" wave for 3 weeks.

Kcals are going to be set at 2000/day.

Change from last reading(I had minor surgery on my ankles to correct TTS again, and therefore had a mild case of peripheral Neuropathy for a while.

So,

I've lost a pound in total weight BUT 8.49lbs of muscle and gained
7.49lbs of fat.

All this from Nov.23 - March 1st.(13 weeks).

This really, really sucks. But my feet are healed, and I can start to train intensely now.

2. EQ at 400mg/week
3. 50mcgs T3/day
4. 400-600 Sodium Usniate/day

2. R-ALA: 1000-2000mg/day
3. GLA at 2g before bed.
4. AlCar sub-Q 1g on no inj. days. or 4g oral on inj. days.
5. Garlic(Aillicin): 6400mcg/meal * 2 AM and PM
6. Taurine(Late PM) w/ milk: 6g
7. Biotin: 5mg/day
8. Guggulsterones: 180mg/day(CHol/LDL/HDL)
9. Policosanol(BAC): 1g/day(Chol...LDL/HDL)
10. Tocotreniols(BAC): 1g/day(LDL/CHOL/HDL)
11. HCA at 10g(6g HCA)(60% extract) before main meal. For

In 4 weeks, +1.88 - - 5.88 = 7.76/4= 1.44lbs/week Net change
Goes to show that that archaic 2lb/week net change rule is true even today...lol

Also, as I commented once, trenbolone is a strong enough anti-catabolic to let you put on muscle slowly even on HIT like soccer.
2lbs in 4 weeks. Not a lot, but significant considering the amount of excercise I do.

I'm also waiting on some glutamine peptides that might help muscle recovery, by vastly increasing l-glutamine availibility to the blood stream where its being depleted by my activity level.

I used the calipers(digital. Forgot my lange calipers) which have a range of error of +- 1%, therefore I took the worst case scenario since I got a 4.9%.

Caliper measurements:

7mm chest
4mm abs
8mm legs

AAS used:

Masteron at 100mg EOD
Fina at 100mg EOD
Test at 125mg/day

Total AAS: 825mg/week

Notes: Started AF Neurogenex today and will asses its efficacity.
Took the recommended 3 caps around 4PM.

Note: Added 10mg Vinpocetine to the Neurogenex since I had 200 10mg caps from VS, and NGnex only has 6mg per 3 caps.

Note 2: Did not take it in the AM with the AlCar, GT...because the effects could be potentiated.

Other supps:

1. Yoh DF
2. R-ALA 1000-2000mg/day
3. Green Tea 1000mg/day(Highest ECGC blend)
4. 140mg Guggulsterones(Syntrax + BAC)

Week 1(Mon. July 7 - 13th): Kcals = 4500 (500 above maintenance)

AAS used:

Test Enanthat at 250mg/week

No thermos whatsoever...except for Green Tea. Time for mt BMR to up-regulate, and have it in full drive Week 2 to drop BF% to 5%.

Week 2(14th July -20th July)

Kcals = 3000 (1000 below maintenance)

Fina at 50mg ED
Masteron at 50mg ED
Anavar at 50mg ED Papervar
Test Enanthate at 250mg/week

NYC used as the main thermo w/ all my usual supplements.

This week will be the test of the GPlenish glutamine peptides. If I manage to stay in pos. nitrogen retetion with their addition(I will be eating clean)...then they are as good as gold in my book.

Will update after Week 2.......in 10 days.

Eating 4000Kcals/day at a bodyweight of 186lbs. Not dieting or bulking, but eating for cardiovascular fitness. The Gplenish has definately improved my endurance...probably circa 20% or so. I normally get tired after 75min hard-played soccer...now I have no real problems lasting the full 90min at full-speed.

Hitting chest like crazy...as from my pics its obvious its a lagging bodypart. This takes time, as I have to go at a certain pace weight-lifting wise..or I slow down speed wise. The Gplenish is helping immeasurably with post weight-lifting DOMS.

I will up-date every week. Next up-date Aug. 6th)

Waiting for my good calipers to get to me(Lange). Right now I only have the digital Accu-measure which reads 5%...lol I'd estimate more along the lines of 6.5-7% TRUE BF%. Low.....yes. Buts its going to get lower......hehe

thanks for the updates, the work is paying off. with respect to the supps, if you had to narrow them down to three or four, which would you take? i should have the gplenish tommorrow, so i will be taking that along with ester c, a multi, b supplement and green tea. im trying to get leaner over the next five months. heavy compound lifts four days a week, sprinting/ cardio on the other three. resources are limited, so i would appreciate your input.

I started a journal on here as well, I'm shooting for 15% bf. But I weighed before...270, now 256...in 4 weeks.
I'd love to get below that someday, but want somewhere around 220-230 in Lean muscle, maybe an urealistic goal maybe not.
Good Luck I'm somewhere in the 24-26% bodyfat, so my goal isn't unrealistic, just a matter of dicipline.

I maintain 5-6% as long as I'm playing soccer.
When I'm playing soccer, its not a question of maintaining low BF%. Its more of a question of holding on to my existing muscle mass.

Normal BF% is about 8-9% for me. I can easily maintain w/o too much trouble.
