176-185lbs during the season. And 185-195lbs off-season.
I don't go past 9% BF all year. Normally 6-7% BF during the season.
I'm about 184lbs now. 6.5% BF.
I don't like getting terribly big because it just feels wrong for my frame. I like playing sports, and at 200+lbs its pretty hard to play some of them.
Diet?
Pretty much anything. I do avoid simple carbs, and bad fats. Thats about it.
I do consume an ungodly amount of fibre a day though. Close to 120g/day on average.
