how is versed working out for you?

supposedly these drugs (ambien & versed) inhibit delta sleep. So when you take them do you still wake up rested the next morning?

Also, on ambien, which is the only one i can speak about, you do feel rested and alert in the morning. However, i suspect this is because of the rebound effect, and not because of the presence of appropriate sleep types...

I have immovane and Versed.

Immovane is like ambien except a bit shorter acting.

22.5mgs pretty much knocked me out for 12 hrs. (Immovane)
The only side effect is that damn bitter taste you get in your mouth. Gives all the food you eat in the AM no taste. I have to chew very strong cherry gum insread.

Versed is just too strong.

15mg and I'm constantly losing my balance. Also, even when I'm lying down on my bed I start to spin. I'm going to try 7.5mg later.
