I have rental units, over the years, I have had quite a few former Eastern European mail order brides as a tenants. So, I know the timeline pretty well... two years of marriage, then move out and file for divorce. They have a very good work ethic and make good tenants, after the divorce they have a fierce desire to be independent, probably compensation for their dysfunctional 'love' life.

i recently dated a 31 year old east euro who was married to a guy twice her age at 18 and got her papers... she is gorgeous but half the time i can't understand her accent or what the hell she is saying and we have zilch in common.. very awkward
