Well I worked on bis- tris today...had a fast run 27 minutes at 85%....I was dying....still catching my bretah...
I am selling my jetta today, and buying...LOL...another one...LMAO...

Well yesterdays food log was not posted, I was busy car shopping, BUT I did eat clean, chicken broth with breast zucchini and 1 corn tortilla waith 2 oz. cheese...
oh no I forgot 1/4 brownie...
NOT SO CLEAN>>>>
Anyhow. My legs are still sore BUTT and Gracilis (learned name from TREIL who is deeply missed) also the shin muscles are sore...I am not damaged goods...LOL...
I will take today off..and THAT IS A VERY HARD DECISION....
My mind is tough and thinks the more the better...
Had ahuge craving for a cigarrette last night, because I was soo tired and wanted something to just plain kill me...LOL...

24 oz.clight.....
Still low on water...very low...
