Floating particles in Sust Amps?

My friend got some organon sust amps and they all seem to have floating particles in them. They are not dark in color... maybe a white/tan color. Is it possible it crystalized? Has anyone seen this before?

Try heating them up and shake them mildly a bit to see if they blend, if not I dont think I would screw with it.

Boil some water and throw the amps in the heated water?
