Flexing in the mirror

This is a serious question that I have been contemplating. I am trying to figure out if flexing is good for you. I mean if I walk by a mirror and nobody is around I am definetly busting out a front double bicep, and don't try to act like you don't do it too.

Does this damage muscles or encourage growth, and what should I say when I am in the bathroom and someone asks me if I am flexing in the mirror again?

i pose in the mirror all the time. whenever ih ave my shirt off and i pass the bathroom (which is just outside my bedroom), BAM! pose.

one time at the gym I was walking to the shower, threading my way through old men wandering about naked. I had a towel wrapped around my waist.
I turned to the mirror and tried to hit a flexed pose quickly so I wouldn't be caught looking like an idiot.

then my towel fell off, so I'm standing there, surrounded by old men, flexing into the mirror, with a towel around my feet.

perfect.

Why is it that I think this story is true?

lol - oh, sadly, it is true.

it was supposed to be just a quick flex, but I was just so dumbfounded at how stupid that I must look, that I was just standing there, flexing, looking around like... yeah, good stuff... I meant to be naked - that's right.

to be honest though, I'm not sure anyone even noticed.

I don't understand why you all limit yourselves simply to flexing in front of mirrors. I don't need a relective surface...I flex in front of opaque walls all the time. I don't discriminate who I'm trying to show my shit off to like you people who are apparently only trying to impress mirrors. I'll try to impress the sheetrock as well as mirrors. Makes no difference to me.

Supposedly this is actually good for you, but I dont do it in front of the mirror unless I'm home.
