I read somewhere he already announced he wasn't competing. I'm not sure but I think it said he had a degenerative kidney disease.

he is competing. Wheeler just put up a new website with lots of info. He is going to come in a bit lighter this year. Flex says this is because he wants to return to his look in the mid 90's... I think it also may be because the colitis makes it hard to consume as much food.
