WOuld i see the result of losing fat taking the oil compared to not taking it????
We take the oil for two purposes:
1) General overall health
2) 'Empty' caloires.
When dieting you DO NOT want to cut you cals too fast! You will lose a lot of muscle if you do cut too many cals! So you bring in good fats (flax and E. V. Olive oil) and decrease your carb intake (slowly). This change in your diet will cut your carbs but not your total cals. Your body will become a better fat (stored fat on your body) burning machine. You can change you're bf% without cutting cals (too much) by adding 'good' fats and decreasing carb intake.
This is a better (more strict) way to losing fat than thermo supps.
