Flaxseed Oil (please help) !!!!!!

Are flaxseed oil and linseed oil the same thing. I am in holland and nowhere sells flax seed oil and no one has ever heard of it. But some articles catagorise them in the same article under the same latin name.

Are they the same??? Plesaee help
