I eat breakfast at about 9:30am, then workout at about 11. Is it a good idea to throw some flaxseed into my oatmeal at breakfast, or should I avoid fats pre-workout?
I was thinking of something like this:
-3/4 cup oatmeal
-one scoop whey
-nonfat yogurt
-1 tsp flaxseed oil
-415 calories, 32g protein, 50g carbs, 11g fat (4.5g from oatmeal, 4.5 from flaxseed, and 2 from whey)
