Question: If I take a tablespoon of flax seed oil, is it the same as taking a tablespoon of flax seeds? I assume the seeds have more fiber content, but am I still getting the oil if I just use the seeds? Thank you for your comments!
Allright, but will my body utilize the seeds the same way the oil is utilized (lets just say for sake of the matter that I take an amount of seeds that is equivilent to the oil)? Does anybody know if it would be better to chew the seeds or just swallow them whole?
