It is cinnamon flavored flax seed oil by Spectrum Essentials.

I don't see why you can't take a capsule.. I cut one of mine open and poured it out, it seems to be the same stuff as in the oil. Looks and tastes the same anyway..
It's just the oil surrounded by a shell..
