Ive used flax seed oil in the past but I've been sticking to just eating peanut butter because of taste and the fact that I buy peanut butter already (in bulk I consume alot of it)
Wonder if I should use flax I'm hesitant since I wonder if I get enough omegas 3s w/ my generous peanut consumtption or not. Since adding flax means cutting down on my peanut butter intake which I love I'm hesistant.
I find flax to be pretty helpful. However, its so hard to stomach. I can taste it all day, gotta find something to kill the flavor or some other alternative.
