Flax seed oil, pill or liquid?

just from reading arround, I have seen some posts here too. Something about the amount of O-3 and O-6 are more correct

that is correct.... hemp has a better ratio of Omega 3's to Omega 6's than flax...


flax... 6 to 1 ratio
hemp... 3 to 1 ratio

What about Flax Seeds? Is there a significant difference between the oil and the real product? And, isn't natural supposed to be better?

You're much better of with the liquid for several reasons. Price, quality and ease of ingestion. On a gram for gram basis, the pills cost at least 7 times more overall. The quality of a cold pressed, certified organic flax oil will always be better than the caps. And, its much easier to take a tablespoon in the morning, than 15-20 caps throughout the day.

What does flax seed pil do? I heard the name but wut does it actually do how does it help you?
