Flax oil.. when to take?

I'm stilling learning new stuff everyday.. I always have many questions to ask, even if their stupid ones... I feel better asking them :)

In regards to flax oil, is it only best to take it AFTER you workout? or can you throw it in with your breakfast meal ( or previous meals before workout)?
If you say "NO" dont use it until after your workout.. Why? I know little about this stuff, except that it's healthy fat, and it's better to have unsat. fat over saturated fats.. I'm still confused about how much to take and what's the whole purpose of it :)

you should NEVER take flax seed oil after working out

any time (morning, dinner,...) and at your last meal before bedtime

flax seed oil will slow down protein digestion

Ok, I did some research.. what's the limit on Flax oil then? Considering it's healthy for you and won't store the excess fat like saturated fats would.. Should I consume only a certain amount?

I read that some BB take up to 10Tbls of flax oil/day and STILL lose fat.. What's an appropriate # of tbls to take in a day to get optimum benefits?
 
IMHO 3-4 tbls is a good amount

but it depends on how many calories you eat
