I'm stilling learning new stuff everyday.. I always have many questions to ask, even if their stupid ones... I feel better asking them
In regards to flax oil, is it only best to take it AFTER you workout? or can you throw it in with your breakfast meal ( or previous meals before workout)?
If you say "NO" dont use it until after your workout.. Why? I know little about this stuff, except that it's healthy fat, and it's better to have unsat. fat over saturated fats.. I'm still confused about how much to take and what's the whole purpose of it
