im still a little confused on how much flax oil to take every day. my stats as of now are probably 5'10 185 12%bf. i am trying to drop bodyfat, therefore i am taking in less calories. can anyone advise me on how much to take every day and also how much per meal? (i eat 6-8 times a day). also should i take it with my post workout shake? thank you in advance for the help
