how much fat is in flax oil caps? 1000 mg per capsule, how much is in a table spoon of oil?

How much fat is in each cap? Well, 1000mg would equal one gram, so a 1000mg capsule contains one gram of fat. I can tell you that one tablespoon equals 15ml, but I'm not sure how to convert that to milligrams. I remember someone once saying it would take 10-12 caps to equal 1 tablespoon. The oil is definately more cost effective.

1tbsp of Flaxseed usually has 14 g of flaxseed, so , in turn, 1tbsp. flaxseed=14 caps of flaxseed

far cheaper to get the oil m8. Doesnt taste bad at all to me and I drink it straight now...

Definately forget the pills and go with the oil.
