flax and acne

Me and my workout partner have been arguing about flax for about a week now.


I know that when I was on a low fat diet I got severe acne on my back. I strted taking flax and the acne went away. He says falx causes acne.. He didn't get any until he started taking flax seed oil

flax doesn't cause acne but a change in diet can.

I think your friend is right for some people

I was looking great until I started with flax and it actually gave me acne, so I dropped it, and what do you know

it went away
